Organization of competitions, exams and professional tests
1. Example: recruitment of assistant master class "B"
Are recruited as assistant teachers class 'B' by decision of the head of the establishment:
- On title, the holders of the doctorate of state or the diploma of doctor of sciences or a diploma recognized equivalent,
- By competition on securities, the holders of the diploma of magister or a diploma recognized equivalent with the mention "pretty well" at least.
2. Recruitment procedures
a) Recruitment opening by a decision of the appointing authority (Rector of the university);
b) The budget items subject to recruitment are broken down by specialty as expressed by the deans of the faculties.
(c) Advertising of the contest in the print media and via the internet;
d) The files submitted by the candidates are registered; according to the chronological order of their reception, in an ad-hoc register listed and initialed
(model established by the DGFP)
e) Examination of application files by specialized commissions established in the departments
f) Drafting of a report which must include in particular:
Nominative list of candidates admitted to pass the interview with a selection board.
Nominative list of candidates whose file has been rejected and the precise reason for rejection. •
J) Proclamation of the final results:
Candidates are assessed according to the criteria below and scored from 0 to 20;
- Adequacy of the profile of the candidate's training with the requirements of the position requested (0 to 5 points)
- Complementary diploma training required in the same specialty (0 to 5 points).
- The work and studies carried out by the candidate in his specialty (0 to 2 points).
- The professional experience acquired by the candidate (0 to 4 points).
- The result of the interview with the selection board (0 to 4 points).
